Another solid workout. Time to start freshening up for the mile next week. Hit all the paces to a T and didn't feel like I was over exerting myself that much, with the exception of maybe the 400s. Also was kind of hard to get turnover sometimes due to the salt/sand on the roads, but still was nice to not be running on any snow or ice.
Felt really flat and slow on the cooldown, haven't gone that slow in a while.
