Another nice afternoon for a run. Took things in stride today with Jess after we found out she will be induced on Monday...seems weird but glad there will be something to put on the calendar and stop feeling like were treading water. Next week and weeks ahead will be interesting for training.
Shin splints in both shins were prevalent today so really need to step up the exercises and I'll be fine. Just kind of clicked this one off.
