Weird workout today, good to be back at practice. Me merk connealy chad and davis all running today. Cooler out than over the past few days, no surprise there.
Ran into autumn woods, charlie stayed with me for a while then started to fall off. Really was starting to haul on the 2 minute parts (one of them wasnt necessary). Was hoping to pop five minute pace but just didnt have it in me today. Ill bounce back surely.
Coolin down i saw hongslo and blake over at nate auers house getting ready to play golf. Damn kids.
