Very tough workout over at the sand dune today!

Paces were very slow going up, decided that it wasnt to run up the hill, but more to just focus on form. Lots of people were actually there given the time of the day!

Kinda got lost on the way over, but it gave me some good extra mileage, shoes got completely filled with sand!
