Nice and easy with Ted again. Hes acting really weird about going on runs with me...not sure what that is all about...hope he still enjoys them?
Legs were a little more sore today, probably some DOMS but still got this done. I was really surprised at how fast the pace was so maybe I'm actually rounding into shape! Kabobs for dinner after. Happy 1 week Caleb!
