Dang! tough 800, really dead after this one. Got out strong once again, right in second behind erick mj from ep. Out in the alley too, so that sucked. Had to really haul to get competitive...
anyways, got through the first 400 in like a 60. once I hit the backstretch, the wind unleashed its fury on me and I started to fall back. Tried to stay competitive as people would try to pass me, but it was just no good. I came through in about 4th at the hand off. Almost got ran over too.
Team ran 8:33 today. dangit!!
still got 5th though, thats impressive!
