Nice morning run with the northstar crew...all gave me a hard time about my last outing with them of course. Felt decent on this...seems like from time to time I was a little gassed but by the end all was good which is good to see...felt like I could have kept going. Need to watch the hamstring since I started to feel it like right at the end of the run.
Nice big week here. Cut it back this next week for birth week then lets start cranking some mileage
