Actually a pretty tough workout today. Clay said it would be generally easy but I sure thought different. Really need to work on staying with the team mates throughout the workouts. Thats what will get me to the times I need. RUN TOGETHER.
Really windy out today, big change from yesterday. Not the greatest quality of workouts either, supposed to be a 6,5,4,3,2 workout. Got cut off by highway 2 on the 4 portion and I held back too much on the 2 portion because I thought we had a 1. Oh well. Freezing cooldown, literally got a brainfreeze from running north on 42nd.
