I think I cashed in a little here. Wind was at my back the whole way, then the last two miles I just had formotion. Felt great the whole time, but I think it was the wind. Never had to stop for any stoplights on 78th either, so that made it a lot better as well too..

Pleasantview seemed hillier than normal, but it was also pretty windy too, my hands are still cold right now, after getting back some half hour later...

Solid run! Let's make sure that you are on your goal race pace going forward. Also, might I suggest that you do the MP miles toward the end. 7 Mile warm-up, 5 @ MP and 1 mile cool-down...

Solid few days of workouts! ^agreed, true MP pace shouldn't feel that hard, slower than tempo, but running it at the end of runs stimulates the fatigue you'll feel in the race. Keep up the good work mannnn!
