Hopefully will try to get the legs a little stronger. Just focused on quality reps and felt decent the whole time.

Also included a 45, 45, 45 by 2 plank workout as well.

did the med ball stuff too. Just gonna combine the logs.

got in a good stretch afterwards and ran into lablanc. good small talk with him.
