Good long run with Dad and Brian. Feel like its been a while since ive since most of the RED running group. They said that they were going to do 3x2 miles at their goal marathon pace (6:00-6:10). Felt that shouldnt be too bad for myself considering I knew the rest of the run would be pretty easy for the most part. Really icy out around the lakes though, dad almost ate it a few times, and i was sure spinnning in some parts, but I made do with what I had. Really bad over by cedar, backside was an ice rink. Overall though glad I could get this run in. Overestimated how far I was supposed to go for the last mile and added on too much and it ended up being 17. Oh well, will be taking it extra easy tomorrow. Good week for training, first 80 mile week outside of the cross country season, ever! Need to keep training smart and it will be an awesome season.

Felt nice to get this done and out of the way, got a good breakfast on the way back and took a nap once I got home.
