Same exact thing as yesterday. Just really tried to work on the form of just loosening up the knee. Pools getting old quick. I hope I can run tomorrow but it doesnt look promising. Really need some grace right now. Got out and went to do the usual stuff then went to the training room and they decided to examine me. I guess I am now on a rehab schedule. glad at least they somewhat know what they are talking about. Have to wait and see. NDSU is 40/60 at this point.
