3200 today was shitty, enough said.
Got out great, was following cole toepher from eagan through about the first 1600, then the syndrome would slowly set in.
got out in about 2:27 for the first 800, and would just slowly start to fade.
Was starting to feel good in about the 5th and 6th lap, i am kind of wondering what i ran in those, even though i was backing up quickly.
I would hear constant shouts of go sean(baddeley) from apple valley, goal was for him not to beat me.
I would worry then start to pick it up, with much pain following....
As I hit the last 100 of lap 7, things got dirty....
Lapped up hongslo and tried to take off, eventually finished with toepher about 20 seconds ahead of me.
I could of easily been there if some plumbing would of worked out earlier, still no regrets, I am not too worried....
Feebly walked to the biff afterwards..
