Bad long run. Was rolling too fast going into marathon pace and just walled after that. Also bad choice in routes, should have done this in reverse, then I could have done MP on flat on the trail and probably be protected from the wind more as well. Just a multitude of issues here... Also didn't eat well or hydrate well today, or sleep much last night for that matter.
Guess I know what it feels like now. Two months from race day.
Put my legs up after and had some endurox. Left big toe tendon kinda ached a bit too.
