Pretty hot out for this time of day. Just got out and competed with matt volz once again. Some other scrubs tried to go with us too. They fell off after a while. Came through the mile flying. After about two miles matt started to pull aaway from me. 3 miles in my achilles both blistered over. THAT SUCKED. Never the less still gave it a good effort and finished. New pr too. Sick!
