-Glute exercises

-Quad/Hip Flexor Stretch

Good workout today. First up in the weightroom with an assigned plan. Overall gave this a good effort and looking forward to the workouts ahead.

Post Workout:

-Ham stretch

-Quad stretch

-IT band stretch

-Hip Flexor stretch

-Hot tub for 5 min after pool

-Cup of C milk
