MMTD. Man I swear I dont know how I ran this workout so well today. I had a facemask on the whole time and I was navigating paths that weren't always the most clear. Overall though, felt good on this, despite breathing with reduced airflow. There was a bit of a west wind too, so the 2nd mile was a little slower, which I never understand why its like that, especially when I did these last week. Nevertheless, just gutted these out and then did the 200s. The 200's almost just seem like doing strides at the end after running miles, which makes them kind of fun actually.
Overall, I'll take this. Nothing too big other than that, not as much ice on me as I thought with zero degree weather and -15 windchill.
