Not the greatest quality of workouts. Was busy all day watching jack johnson at the u of m, so I still needed to get out for this even after dark. I went to lifetime and ran on the treadmill. Wasn't as bad as I thought, but it still sucked a lot. Hit all the times I needed to on the tempo, and felt pretty decent too, along with negative splitting...

200s were not good though. It takes too long for the treadmill to pick up speed so they just didn't seem that good. Stopped after 4 of them and just scrapped it.

Shorter cooldown since I had to get going.

Might I suggest that IF you have to do 200s again on the treadmill, just run by time instead. So, do 45 seconds on and 1 minute of recovery (or something of that nature). Also, if you program the treadmill for intervals with the appropriate paces, it will get up to speed much faster. So you would have two paces set 00 4:40 and 8:00. Then to switch between the two, all you have to do is hit a button once to switch between the two. Much easier than hitting the button a bunch of times.
