Very hot day. 82 when I left home and 84 when I got back. It was supposed to be 2 hr 30 min of running and I didn't quite make that time. I was totally spent. One attributing factor is that I didn't bring any food, but I did use a hydration pack.
The hydration pack from "Sport Force" was clearance from Groupon. It sucked. One of the straps broke away from the pack so I had to tie it to some bungie stuff. You get what you pay for. $20 was a bit too inexpensive.
