How great it felt to run outside!! (except the trail was ICY!!) We had to watch our footsteps and concentrate on not slipping alot which wasn't as enjoyable but it felt great to be running with friends and outside!! I did the 7 min run/3 min walk intervals and it felt great. We did go slower than usual because of the ice but I had no cardio problems and no IT pain!! I could have run and run and run today!
