Notes

I decided not to run this morning to give my groin a few more hours rest and for it to loosen up throughout the day before attempting a light workout this afternoon, which turned out to be a great idea. No groin pain during the run or in the 30min since I've finished! The workout felt good too considering the mileage I've done in the last 3 days. It was a pretty light workout anyway but good to get the legs turning over a little faster. I did 3x5min (4min tempo into 1min 5k) with 60sec recovery. Then I did 5x30sec at mile. I'm glad everything went well and I can stay on track for the big mileage week I had planned. I was also really digging the cooler temperature and flurries on the run today! I'm sad to put pants on, but that is ok pants are good too.
