Notes

My stomach was a bit upset, so I didn't finish the workout. Other than that everything was feeling good. My plan was to do 6x1k at ~3min, but I stopped after 2 (3:00, 3:01) because of some discomfort in my stomach. I don't think it is an issue, but it was uncomfortable enough to stop the workout.
