Rocky's Run was on the Roy Griak course. It was great XC conditions with cool weather and wet soggy grass with plenty of interesting topography. This was the first time I've ran on that course. I definitely wasn't impressed... A lot of the hills on the course we ran up at an awkward angle which made running rather unenjoyable. I don't really like running on a slant. Also all the corners were super tight and I can't imagine this is a fun course to run when it's packed with people. In the past I'd thought about running at Griak unattached, but not any more. This was a fun event and good XC weather, but the layout of the course was disappointing.
