Notes

Workout: 6x ~500m hill (recovery jog down the hill), short recovery run over to the tempo loop, 4x~1k tempo loops.

Everything about this felt super smooth and easy. Plus, no IT Band pain! I really wanted to pick up the pace especially on the 1k loops, but Ibex wanted to "keep it under control." I almost thought about doing a 5th piece at my own pace, but I decided that this was enough work for my recovering IT Band and I decided to just be happy to have gotten in good mileage and a light workout without pain.
