I ran for the first 17 min with Rebecca on a bike path near her brother's house in Bonderant, IA. Then I continued out for 22min at a relatively fast pace and then picked it up considerably on the way back just shy of tempo and passed a few bikers. Then I met Rebecca at a pavilion and ran with her for 7 mins back to her brother's house.
