Ran 3 sets of 800s with a 400 recovery. Stopped before the last set because of time, but we also had a longer warmup and cool down today. Was aiming for around a 4:30 800, and ran 2 under 4:30! A good interval set. Now to build up to 10 of these...next time will focus on running the 400 a little slower.
