Notes
This was the Abebe Bikila Marathon & Half on the Capitol Crescent Trail in DC. I thought the terrain would be like NCR, but it was rockier than that, and pretty challenging, even though it was relatively flat. (and elevation gain of only 100 feet). Ran negative splits for the first time EVER, and pretty much matched my PR. Official time was 2:18:17, but there was a little bathroom break :(
Still, can't be sad about this outcome. Felt really strong the entire race, and am ready for marathon(s)!!!
