Another afternoon where I was feeling tired. I dont know if its lack of sleep or what, but I need to change my routine so I'm not so tired once I get home. I thought about taking off but decided to get out of the door for a short run. Overall I was surprised to see that my legs still felt pretty good but my body felt weak today. It may have been from the small lunch in the afternoon, and once I got some food in me after the run I started to feel better.
Finished with 10 minutes of stretching and 40 pushups. Getting my strength back is going to be tough, as the 40 pushups werent very easy today.
