Munter Farm

Notes

8 mile progression run on munster farm and the track. The idea was to finish the last to miles on the track fast but some of us were confused with what coach wanted and ended up doing around 3 miles on the track instead of 2. Overall it was a good workout although I was a little tired for the last two miles of the run.
