10x400m interval workout on St. Catherines hill. I had to run it by myself because I got out of lab around 5:00. Overall it was probably one of the tougher workouts to do, and running it by myself didnt make it any easier. Overall though I was able to get the heart rate up and hit relatively consistent splits the whole way. My legs started to feel it towards the middle portion of the workout but I was able to get through it. I cant say that my legs felt perfect but it was a pretty good workout overall.
