Jav Field

Notes

8x800m workout on the jav field. The workout was originally supposed to be on the track with the idea of going out in 68 seconds for the first 400m of every interval and to maintain good rhythm for the second 400m. Coach adjusted the first 400m to 70 seconds for the field but the wet conditions made it a tough workout. Overall it was a good workout for me although the team did not look as strong as coach wanted. Hopefully we can pick it up in the coming weeks and get ready for the important meets.
