Notes
The rain melted a lot of the snow and I was able to get on to the golf course after work. I was surprised to find out how big the course was. The cart path took me over 4 miles until I got back to my apartment and I finished on the road for around 5 or so. This was the first run in a while where I didn't cramp up and I hope to keep it going this week.
