3 x 400m @ 90%, 3 x 300m @ 80%, 3 x 200m @ 70%. Interval on Saint Catherines Hill by IVP. The 500s were pretty tough towards the top of the hill but overall it was a pretty good workout and we were able to get the legs moving pretty well up the hill. Splits were around 77-78 for the 400s, 55-57 for the 300s, and 34-36 for the 200s.
