Feeling like a real nice chi flow until hungup at drawbridge around mile 12 .Waited good 5-9 mins for stuck bridge.Never did go down so rerouted to Rt88 bridge. Also think I underestimated sun and heat. Kinda wore me out.I think Gu'brand Gu are upsetting my stomach.Had one @8m and another @ 15m. Try more next time and back to PB gu's. Bonkwalk only 4miles this week back to car. Finished 24oz's Gate on run then had Big Gulp 32 oz Pepsi, 20 oz water,tea and water at home with one piss in that time.
