Notes

So I realized I hadn't done many tempo runs and thought I should for helping improve speed. I tend to keep a 7:45-8:05 pace for any run longer than 3 miles. I know I can go faster, I just want to learn to hold it. This was a good start I think! I even felt good at the end. Probably could have gone a bit longer. Next time I will.
