Notes
Started with some really tight muscles. Still sore from crossfit on Wednesday. Got some stomach cramping in the middle. Different from last week to this week were two things: 1) I didn't run at all yesterday. Normally I do an easy 4 or so to loosen things up but I didn't even do that. 2) I ate less pre-run. Last week I ate probably 800 calories before my run. Today it was more like 500. Didn't feel great, but wasn't hurting in the end either. Just wish I'd had a better pace. :(
