Tried a new morning routine - less time awake before the run, so less time to eat, etc. It actually worked out very well. I ate about 60 minutes prior to starting the run and was surprised that it didn't bother me at all. Actually I felt good for most of it! A little disappointed at my pace, but hills tend to slow things down a bit I suppose.

Toward the end, about the last half mile, I kind of thought I was having a mini-heart attack or panic attack. My check hurt, left forearm and hand got all tingly and breathing got significantly more difficult. When it didn't go away, that's when I cut the last 1/10 of a mile off the original planned run. I figured it wasn't much, and I just wanted to make sure I wasn't dying. Two hours later, I'm still alive so that's a good sign! :)
