That run was a pain in my rear! Literally...well, half of a pain in my rear anyway. It was sore to start and got sorer as I went on. Then I noticed I was gimping and afraid I would hurt something else. Don't think I did, but I had to slow down for it.
Good Points: mostly relaxed, my shoulders didn't tense up like usual.
Bad Points: Um...not much that I can think of.
