Notes
The first 2.8 miles were done in 22:30. That's about a 7:55 pace. That was with the dog...he's a not exactly the fastest, but I still like to get him out with me when I can.
The last 4 were done in 28:28. That's closer to a 7:08 pace. And I felt GREAT! Honestly, if I hadn't had a dentist appointment I would have gone a bit longer even.
