That was miserable. Very miserable. No real pain, just did not want to run so it was not fun. My first 3 miles were VERY slow as was my last. My hip was really tight again at the end. Lots of extra stretching. On the bright side, I think I might have looked better than the runner who looked like he would die. I think. Maybe not though...
