Felt great in the beginning (actually ran it backwards....). Ran the first 2.2 miles in just under 15:50, but then I lost it. I ended up going up hill with a headwind so I just died. Based on that pace and the average, it looks like I slowed down to more than an 8 minute mile. Ugh. I started so well!! Oh well, my legs were pretty dead after the kettle bell swings and box jumps this morning so maybe it's okay. Still a bit of a speed workout compared to what I've been doing!
