Nice easy run. I felt slow and sluggish, but that is because I treated my body poorly and my taste buds wonderfully yesterday. I earned the sluggishness and don't regret it. The run still felt really good. It's amazing how a good day at work really makes the run so much better. The sun was out and I wore capris and a light long sleeve shirt and was actually a little warm. Excited to be getting in to tank top and t-shirt weather!
God gave the perfect weather for running today though! So grateful for that and the strength to get through it. My easy runs are even speeding up now - so exciting!
