Took the dog for the first 1.7 miles....oh my gosh. He was not doing well on this run! I was way too excited to drop him off. The final 3.1 miles was then just under 24 minutes so my pace definitely picked up once the leash was gone. Sorry to my Zipster, but thinking he won't be running with me much anymore. :-/
