Coldest run in a while - it's 32F out there and I had to defrost the windshield before I could leave. I made it a short run because of the cold and I wanted to see how bad it would affect my asthma while I was out there.
I need to work on my outdoor running gear; my torso was comfy with a hoody over one of my sleeveless running shirts, but my calves were still a bit chilly under my tights. Maybe I need some leg warmers.
