It's a shame that this wasn't a race - it would be a new PR. I think I need a vest. This was the first time outside of a race that I've run on the road alone, but I just plugged the headphones in and zoned out for the short time I was on the road. The bike path had a bit of ice in spots, so I had to walk in areas when I didn't feel like walking yet, but it wasn't a bad run at all.
