Notes

Yay! Hit the (almost) half of my half-marathon goal. We developed a new system - halfway through my planned run on the treadmill, Eddie will bring me a full bottle of water to replace whatever I've been drinking. Ultra-hydration, yes?

And now, I'm off to go wash off all this hydration that I seem to be covered with.
