Went out with Kieran, he is excellent for a 9 year old. He set a good pace and possibly he went too fast for himself. He needed a breather at the bottom of the hill, 2 miles in, but then he went off again and had me running after him. Excellent run. My knee constantly hurt but was only in severe pain at the last downward hill.
