Felt pretty damn good.No shin pain. Calves were a little tight, but worked themselves out. Confusion on my run. The Garmin time was 27 min but I almost positive I ran more.
I ran 1 mile, then I ran another and was on my third when Randy/Jaymie showed up. Then I ran or did I? Nope just three faster laps with no timer.
So I guess that is right.
