Pretty good effort. Ran with CJ and Angela. Left ankle was a little sore before the race, but never bugged me too badly. Hips and shoulders were fine. CJ was struggling a little in the last half of the race, and Ange and I tried to keep within shouting distance of him, unsuccessfully. Ange tried to sprint past me in the last 50 meters or so, but Nicole tipped me off and I put down a last second sprint to beat her. Although this was 12+ minutes slower than last year's race, I'm pretty damn happy with how it turned out, after all the injury bs I've dealt with the past 13 months.
