Notes

ran mile 1 at 10:21, felt myself getting winded, so I slowed it down to 10:31 for mile 2, then 10:42 for mile 3. I started mile 4 out at 10:10, and increased speed every quarter mile, ending at 8:27 pace for a 9:34 mile. I felt no knee pain at all, though I wore the knee brace the whole time. All-in-all, probably my best treadmill run yet, though I am really out of aerobic shape.
